Job Description

We are seeking a Energetic, Driven leader for our Premier Community. If you are a Sales Director with a desire to work for a great company, catering to the needs of Seniors that establishes wonderful friendships, safety and excellent care then you should apply for the Director of Community Relations at Bentley Commons at Lynchburg We are currently accepting applications and interviewing for a Director of Community Relations for our Bentley Commons at Lynchburg Community. Creative Marketing is a must for this senior living community. You will grow census by engaging the seniors, hosting events, social hours and developing relationships with the town's exisitng businesses. Our company provides Senior Independent Living and Assisted Living Care services to Senior Citizens. It is our mission to provide excellent care and customer service to Seniors and their families in a community that is Home. In this role, you will educate people about the services and value of our Community, together with building personal relationships with seniors and their families. Candidates must possess the proven leadership, decision-making and communication skills to carry out the goals, policies and procedures of the Community. Prior experience in increasing and maintaining Assisted Living occupancy is highly desired and necessary. This is a hands-on, team oriented and on-site position, reporting directly to the Executive Director. We offer a compensation package commensurate with your experience, including community bonus, health care and PTO. No relocation reimbursement.
