About the Opportunity
As a Senior Revenue Enablement Specialist - International Readiness, you will play a critical role in advancing Ellucian's strategic goal to thrive in global markets and unlock the full potential of our talent. This role focuses on equipping international sales teams with the tools, messaging, and guidance needed to successfully position and sell Ellucian Student across diverse regions.
You will design and deliver scalable, localized enablement programs that ensure consistent, confident execution of our go-to-market strategy worldwide. This role is ideal for a passionate enablement professional with experience supporting global teams and driving readiness for complex product launches.
Where you will make an impact
Regional Enablement Strategy & Execution
Partner with regional sales leadership to identify performance gaps across pipeline generation, deal progression, and win rates
Design, develop, and implement international enablement programs that equip regional sales teams with localized messaging, resources, and guidance.
Translate global enablement programs into region-specific strategies aligned to market conditions, segments, and competitive dynamics
Design and deliver targeted enablement (ILTs, E-Learnings, playbooks) tied to in-flight opportunities and strategic priorities
Sales Performance Improvement
Drive improvements in core sales motions including:
Prospecting
Discovery and qualification
Value articulation and differentiation
Competitive positioning
Executive-level selling
Define, document, and enable pre-sales processes that support consistent execution across international markets.
Establish and maintain a regular cadence of Sales Readiness updates for international teams, ensuring alignment and visibility across regions.
Stakeholder Influence
Serve as a trusted advisor to regional VPs and sales leaders
Align cross-functionally with product marketing, product management, and revenue operations to ensure consistency of messaging and priorities
Advocate for regional needs in global program design
Program Development & Scale
Develop scalable go-to-market (GTM) readiness plans tailored to international regions, ensuring successful product rollout and adoption.
Ensure all materials are engaging, culturally relevant, and aligned with adult learning principles.
Contribute to global enablement programs while ensuring local relevance
Leverage data and feedback loops to continuously refine enablement approach
Measurement & Impact
Define and track KPIs tied to enablement effectiveness (e.g., win rates, deal velocity, pipeline conversion, ramp time)
Use data to prioritize efforts and demonstrate measurable business impact
What you will bring
3+ years of experience designing, developing, and delivering sales enablement programs, preferably supporting global or international teams.
Strong understanding of global go-to-market strategies and experience localizing content for diverse regions.
Proven ability to align messaging and enablement strategies to business outcomes and regional market needs.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.
Strong project management skills with the ability to drive scalable programs across regions.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling content.
Experience developing and enabling sales processes, including pre-sales workflows.
Analytical mindset with experience measuring enablement impact and using insights to improve effectiveness.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and cultural nuance.
Ability to collaborate effectively with global stakeholders across time zones and functions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; experience with Salesforce, Highspot, and LMS platforms preferred.
Higher education or EdTech experience is a plus.
Experience working with international teams; multilingual capabilities are a strong plus.
