SUPPLIER RELATIONSHIP MANAGER

Are you ready to build and strengthen high‑value partnerships that drive EST's mission forward? As a Supplier Relationship Manager, you'll serve as the primary connection between EST and our supplier network - developing strategic relationships, identifying new partners, and ensuring EST remains a preferred and prioritized customer. You'll collaborate across internal teams, support business development efforts, and help shape supplier strategies that align with EST's long‑term goals. RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop strong, mutually beneficial partnerships with key suppliers. Identify, segment, and evaluate current and future supply partners using market research. Vet, qualify, and assist with onboarding new suppliers. Maintain accurate supplier data and KPIs in ZOHO. Collaborate with internal teams to match suppliers to project needs. Proactively manage supplier relationships to ensure EST receives priority service and aligned goals. Provide regular updates to suppliers and communicate tactfully on performance or opportunities. Monitor supplier performance, risks, and competitive landscape. Support trade shows, sourcing events, and networking activities.
