Bear Creek Country Club Communications & Accounting Manager Position Description Bear Creek Country Club is a very special place. It is a home away from home for our Members, and it is made better by our dedicated Team of professionals. Our Team consists of fun, passionate and hospitality driven individuals who genuinely care about others. : As soon as May 4, 2026 DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES This role involves a diverse set of responsibilities, including administrative support, financial tasks, communications, and website management. The individual will work closely with the Controller, Membership Director and the Executive team to contribute to the overall success and growth of the club.Administrative and Accounting Support:
Provide courteous, professional, and attentive service to Members and guests during banquets, private events, and club functions Assist with event set‑up and breakdown, including tables, chairs, linens, service stations, and décor as directed Serve plated meals, buffets, passed appetizers, and beverages according to event specifications and service timelines Maintain a clean, organized, and professional event space throughout service Follow event‑specific service standards, timelines, and instructions provided by Banquet or Event leadership Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, and event teams to ensure seamless service execution Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests or concerns during events Adhere to all sanitation, safety, and alcohol service policies, including responsible alcohol service and age verification Utilize point‑of‑sale systems or event charge procedures as required Support fellow team members to ensure smooth, efficient service during high‑volume events Perform other duties as assigned to support successful event executionCommunications Management:
Execute the comprehensive club communications strategy to enhance member engagement and overall club experience Serve as the primary voice and brand steward for all member-facing communications, ensuring consistency in tone, style, and messaging across all platforms Maintain brand standards across all printed materials, signage, and digital platforms Create, edit, and manage high-quality content for newsletters, email campaigns, website updates, and social media channels Oversee visual storytelling, including photography and video content, to highlight club amenities, events, and member experiences Monitor and analyze engagement metrics (email open rates, social media performance, website traffic) and adjust strategies accordingly Other Communication support as needed by the Executive Team SKILLS |KNOWLEDGE
|EXPERIENCE
Organizational and meticulous regarding details Experience with social media platforms, namely Facebook and Instagram Experience working with computer software, including but not limited to: Office 365 program suite, CRMs, accounting software, Canva and point of sale systems Ability to maintain a calm and composed presence in an often fast-paced environment where multiple tasks, events and stimulus may occur simultaneously Professional appearance and demeanor Confident under pressure and deadlines Ability and desire to learn new systems and grow personally and professionally under the guidance of the Bear Creek CC Family Team player who can step up to assist their teammates and other departments in times of need Private club experience recommended but not requiredABOUT OUR CLUB
