Job Overview The Telecommunications Project Manager oversees telecom construction projects from bid through completion while supporting efficiency, profitability, and strong client relationships. This role serves as the main connection between the company, the customer, and field technicians, with time spent both in the office and on job sites. Duties Manage pre‑construction activities and understand all contractual requirements Develop proposals and oversee project execution using knowledge of fiber optics and cabling Coordinate with foremen to plan and schedule work Monitor productivity and profitability and adjust as needed Prepare monthly billings and job cost projections Perform estimating tasks including takeoffs and quote evaluations Support customer relationships and business development Qualifications Two or more years of telecom or commercial project management experience Fiber and CAT6 experience Knowledge of industry standards and the National Electrical Code Strong communication and problem‑solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software Strong planning, organization, and time‑management abilities Professionalism, confidence, and the ability to work as part of a team Work Environment Office and job site settings with some travel required Ability to navigate construction sites as needed If you are ready to advance your career and play a key role in delivering high quality telecommunications projects, we would love to hear from you.
