Job Description
Be the welcoming face and voice of a vibrant, member-focused club community. Overview Seeking a polished, organized professional to support member services, communications, and administrative operations in a private club environment. This role is the first point of contact for members and plays a key role in club communications and membership support. Responsibilities Provide front desk support; manage calls, emails, and member inquiries Coordinate email communications, social media, and monthly newsletter Update website and marketing materials Support membership processes, records, and reporting Handle reservations, office tasks, and general administration Qualifications 3-5 years in customer service, hospitality, or administration Strong communication and organizational skills Detail-oriented and able to multitask Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and Canva (preferred) Professional and customer-focused demeanor Benefits Group health insurance 401(k) with employer match Paid vacation
