Description:
The Multimedia Specialist is responsible for aiding in storytelling through engaging digital content and visuals across social media, web, video, photography, and digital marketing platforms. This role serves as a key creative contributor within the Marketing and Communications team, supporting campaigns, service lines, events, community outreach, and organizational initiatives through multimedia production and content development. This role combines creative execution with project coordination.
REQUIREMENTS 1.
Bachelor's Degree in digital or interactive media, public relations, communications, marketing, or related field, is required. 2. One (1) year of experience in multimedia content creation, digital marketing, communications or related creative field preferred. 3. Experience with photography, videography and basic video production workflows required. 4. Working knowledge of DSLR/mirrorless camera systems, lighting, audio capturing and multimedia equipment preferred. 5. Ability to write creatively and serve as an integral part of the creative team is required. 6. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically: Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro and/or Premiere Rush) required. 7. Experience creating content for social media and digital platforms is preferred. 8. Strong written communication, copywriting, and storytelling skills required. 9. Knowledge of digital marketing trends and social media best practices preferred. 10. Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize deadlines, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment required. 11. Experience in a hospital, health care environment, or a mission-driven organization is preferred.
