Job Description

Are you someone who naturally builds relationships in the community—not just "sells"? At ACASA Home Care of Roseville, we are a nurse-led, locally and veteran-owned home care agency focused exclusively on serving seniors in South Placer County. We are looking for a Community Outreach & Marketing Specialist who is passionate about connecting families and professionals with quality in-home care—not pushing sales. This role is ideal for someone who understands that trust comes first—and referrals follow. About the Role This is a part-time, relationship-focused position centered around building strong partnerships with: Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) Assisted Living Communities Hospitals & Discharge Planners Social Workers & Case Managers You will represent a company that is hands-on, ethical, and deeply rooted in the local community. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain professional referral relationships in South Placer County Conduct in-person visits to facilities and community partners Educate partners on our services: Non-medical in-home care 24/7 support with RN oversight Identify families in need and facilitate warm introductions Represent ACASA with professionalism, empathy, and integrity Provide feedback to leadership on market needs and opportunities What We're Looking For Experience in home care, healthcare marketing, or senior services preferred Strong relationship-building and communication skills Self-motivated, organized, and community-oriented Familiarity with Placer County healthcare landscape is a plus Someone who values people over pressure and trust over transactions Why Work With ACASA Locally owned — you're not just a number Work directly with ownership (RN + Veteran leadership) We prioritize quality care over volume Strong reputation for ethical, compassionate service You'll be representing a company that families trust during critical moments Service Area Focus We exclusively serve South Placer County, including: Roseville Rocklin Lincoln Granite Bay Loomis Auburn Our Approach We are not looking for a "salesperson."
