While the role operates within a technical landscape, communications and user-experience expertise are paramount over pure technical knowledge. This role provides specialized, continuous support and communication for system transactors acting as a bridge between technical system updates and the people who execute them, while ensuring that those in high-impact administrative roles are equipped with the information and digital resources needed for accuracy and efficiency. The Specialist will serve as a change agent by translating complex business processes into simplified digital workflows. This includes leading the digital enablement for "Way We Work" initiatives and optimizing the use of collaborative project management applications and shared communication platforms to ensure technology is a bridge, rather than a barrier, to productivity.
