Job Description

360 Degree Customer Inc. is in need of a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (AAC Specialist) for a school-based assignment around San Lorenzo , CA . This is a full-time position for the school year 2026-27 The AAC Specialist is responsible for providing assessment, implementation, and training of augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) devices and strategies for individuals with disabilities. The AAC Specialist will work with a variety of stakeholders, including students, families, teachers, and other professionals, to ensure that individuals have access to effective communication.
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments to determine the communication needs of individuals with disabilities. Recommend and select appropriate AAC devices and strategies. Provide training to individuals, families, and professionals on the use of AAC devices and strategies. Collaborate with other professionals to ensure that individuals have access to effective communication in all settings. Maintain records of AAC assessments, recommendations, and implementation. Participate in professional development activities to stay up-to-date on the latest AAC technologies and strategies.
Pay:
$75.00 - $80.00 per hour
