As a Community Liaison, your role is pivotal in advancing our mission of delivering better healthcare. Through your adeptness in positioning yourself as a subject matter expert, solving challenges on hand, and building robust partnerships, you will be instrumental in driving more patient referrals to our services. Focused on community engagement, fostering local healthcare provider relationships, and promoting our specialized services, you will play a key part in expanding our reach and making a lasting impact in the communities we serve. Characteristics of a great candidate for the role: Ability on a daily basis to commute within Colorado Springs to various healthcare facilities and engage accounts on face-to-face basis. Possesses strong research acumen and the ability to discern key decision-makers within target organizations. Demonstrates a proactive approach to gathering industry insights, utilizing various resources to identify key stakeholders, and strategically mapping out influential figures who play pivotal roles in partnership decisions.
Strong communication skills:
A Community Liaison must be able to communicate effectively with various individuals and groups, including patients, healthcare providers, community organizations, and internal team members.
Relationship-building skills:
A Community Liaison should have the ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including potential referral sources and community partners.
Sales skills:
A Community Liaison should possess the ability to understand the company's services and offerings and communicate their value to potential referral sources and community members.
Goal-oriented:
A Community Liaison should be driven to meet and exceed performance goals, such as increasing patient referrals and community engagement.
