Job Description
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented bilingual Korean Translation & Communication Specialist to provide maternity leave coverage for approximately five months. This individual will translate, transcreate, proofread, and edit member-facing healthcare communications while ensuring materials remain culturally appropriate, accurate, compliant, and delivered on schedule.
Will be part-time remote hours.
Member lettersFlyersBrochuresEnrollment guidesSales collateralMarketing materialsMedicare communications (ANOC, EOC, Summary of Benefits)Edit and proofread translations completed by internal team members or outside vendorsEnsure translations are complete, accurate, and compliant with company standardsMaintain formatting, terminology, style, and editorial consistencyManage multiple translation requests while meeting deadlinesTrack work and project progress through JiraUtilize translation software and internal translation databasesProvide cultural insight to ensure communications resonate appropriately with Korean-speaking membersCollaborate closely with the Marketing and Translation teamsSupport additional translation projects as assigned
