As a Frontier Communications Associate, you'll work directly with residential customers in their neighborhoods - introducing wireless internet and phone services, answering questions, and helping the brand expand its footprint in the local market. Frontier continues to lead innovation in the telecommunications space - being the first to bring Fiber 2 Gig and 5 Gig internet across its network, and now offering Wi-Fi 7 with 7 Gig internet. As a Frontier Communications Associate, you'll represent a brand that is actively shaping how customers stay connected. Frontier Communications Associate Daily Responsibilities Interact directly with residential customers to introduce Frontier's wireless internet and phone services Start conversations, build rapport, and create a strong first impression for the brand Explain service options, speeds, and technology upgrades in a clear and approachable way Help customers understand how Frontier's services fit their household needs and usage Represent the brand with professionalism, consistency, and energy during every interaction Support outreach efforts designed to increase visibility and drive sales for the brand Work alongside other Frontier Communications Associate team members to maintain strong daily performance Frontier Communications Associate Ideal Skills & Qualifications 0-2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, brand management, or a similar client-facing role Ability to build quick connections with customers and communicate effectively A strong interest in representing a brand and learning the telecommunications industry Confidence in handling conversations and working through customer questions Comfortable working in a full-time, onsite, customer-facing environment Motivated by performance-based pay and uncapped commission incentives This Frontier Communications Associate role is a full-time, onsite position focused on direct interaction with residential customers.
