About the Company Urban Park Services provides urban operations support, including parking coordination, traffic flow management, and on-site customer service in high-traffic environments. We focus on efficiency, organization, and strong communication across all levels of our operations. Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Communications Coordinator to support our Orlando team. This entry-level role focuses on assisting with internal communications, coordinating with field teams, and ensuring clear and timely information flow across departments. Key Responsibilities Assist in coordinating internal communications between office and field teams Support the preparation and distribution of updates, reports, and operational information Respond to basic customer and client inquiries via phone or email Help maintain accurate records of communications and service updates Collaborate with operations staff to ensure alignment across teams Assist with scheduling, coordination, and administrative tasks
Requirements:
Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (associate's or bachelor's degree in communications, business, or related field preferred) Strong written and verbal communication skills Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office or Google Workspace) Highly organized with attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Compensation & Benefits Salary:
$18 - $28 per hour Flexible shifts available On-the-job training provided Opportunities for advancement Team-oriented work environment
