Communication Specialist-Level 3 - Senior (11 - 15 Years)#26-08573 palm beach garden, FL All On-site Job Description Expected to work with a high degree of initiative and independence in anticipating client needs and developing communication solutions that further business objectives and ensure their successful implementation. Specific responsibilities include communication planning, message development, writing, using research and analytics to drive planning and messaging, following and improving upon established processes, strong project management, using quantifiable metrics to track performance and progress. Responsibilities are varied and complex and include frequent cross-functional interactions. Will work at both business unit and corporate levels. Will interface with business unit leadership and business process owners.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in related field (Journalism, Communication, Marketing, Liberal Arts, Public Relations, Advertising, etc) required.

Relevant Experience:

11-15 years of experience in strategic communications, corporate messaging, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities:

Leads enterprise-wide communication projects and campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals. Manages internal and external communication strategies, crisis communications, and corporate messaging. Utilizes analytics to measure communication effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed. Serves as an advisor to business unit leadership on communications best practices and reputation management.
