Job Description
BayCare is currently in search of our newest Team Member who is passionate about providing outstanding customer service to our community. We are looking for an individual seeking a career opportunity with one of the largest employers within the Tampa Bay area.

- Varies Responsibilities + Serve as the initial point of contact for all BayCare Health System hospitals via hospital switchboards.
- Self-motivated and have proven ability to multi-task between various systems and support service objectives.
Proficiency in the following modalities:
- Customer Service and Emergency Response.
Required:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent +
Preferred:
- Associate - Related Field Experience +
Required:
Customer Service experience - 1 year Specific Skills + Must be able to complete 240 hours of training + Maintain appropriate logs + Handle emergency responses + Provide customer service + Experience with Microsoft office Equal Opportunity Employer Veterans/Disabled- Position
