Job Description

Seeking a Corporate Digital Communications Experiences Manager to lead enterprise social media publishing operations and deliver engaging digital communications across corporate channels. This role manages editorial planning, content publishing, community engagement, and cross-functional collaboration while optimizing workflows using enterprise digital platforms. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, excellent organization, and expertise in managing high-profile corporate social media programs.
Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end social media publishing across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube . Build and maintain a strategic editorial calendar aligned with global communications. Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders for content planning, approvals, and publishing. Partner with creative teams to develop high-quality digital content and social assets. Monitor and moderate community engagement , comments, direct messages, and audience sentiment. Optimize publishing workflows using Sprinklr, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems. Improve publishing operations, governance, protocols, and best practices through continuous process enhancement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor''s degree in Digital Communications, Social Media, Communications , or related field. 5+ years of experience in digital communications, social media management, editorial planning, or related roles. Experience managing high-profile corporate or executive social media accounts. Strong copywriting, editing, content development, stakeholder management, and workflow coordination skills. Hands-on experience with Sprinklr, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Digital Asset Management (DAM), social publishing, governance, analytics tools, and strategic content calendar management.
