Training & Communications Coordinator (Oahu) Honolulu, HI (On-Site) Starting at $50,000 per year | Full-Time Applicants must currently reside on Oahu, Hawai'i to be considered. We are seeking a motivated Training & Communications Coordinator to support employee development programs, internal communications, employee engagement initiatives, and company-wide projects that strengthen our teams and culture. You will work closely with leadership while gaining hands-on experience supporting: Employee training and leadership development Internal communication initiatives Employee engagement and culture-building programs Company-wide projects across multiple departments Organizational initiatives that directly impact teams across Hawai'i This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in Learning & Development, Communications, Human Resources, Employee Engagement, or Organizational Development. What You'll Do Coordinate employee training schedules, registrations, attendance tracking, and participant communication Support onboarding, employee development, and leadership training initiatives Manage training records, certifications, reporting, and learning system administration Maintain training calendars, documentation, and compliance-related records Support internal communications, company announcements, newsletters, and organizational updates Assist with presentations, flyers, digital communication materials, and employee-facing content Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, onboarding activities, and company events Partner with teams across the organization to support training, communication, and culture-building initiatives What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is excited to learn, grow professionally, and take on new challenges. You may be a great fit if you are: Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Adaptable and able to adjust quickly when priorities shift Someone who takes initiative and works well independently A strong communicator who collaborates well with different teams and personalities Curious and interested in learning how different parts of a business operate Motivated by long-term career growth and continuous learning Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent 1-3 years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, communications, employee engagement, HR support, training support, marketing support, or related experience Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced work environment Preferred Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resources, Education, or related field Experience with Canva, SharePoint, Microsoft Forms, or similar communication tools Experience supporting training programs, employee engagement initiatives, or internal communications Experience coordinating projects, company events, or administrative processes Benefits Starting salary of $50,000+ annually Free healthcare coverage for team members Partial healthcare subsidy for eligible dependents 401(k) with company match Paid time off and paid sick leave Weekly pay schedule Professional development and leadership development opportunities Career growth opportunities across multiple departments Opportunity to work alongside leaders across the organization Join a company that believes in developing people, investing in growth, and creating future leaders.
