Volunteer and Community Liaison

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Volunteer and Community Liaison to serve as the vital bridge between our organization and the diverse communities we serve. Duties Develop and implement volunteer recruitment strategies, including campus recruitment initiatives, to attract passionate individuals aligned with our mission Cultivate strong relationships with community partners, organizations, and local stakeholders to expand outreach efforts Oversee volunteer management processes using tools like Salesforce and Raiser's Edge to track engagement, hours, and impact data Lead public speaking engagements at community events, workshops, and presentations to raise awareness about our programs Supervise volunteer teams, providing guidance, support, and leadership to ensure effective program delivery Manage social media platforms to promote volunteer opportunities, share success stories, and foster community engagement Coordinate campus recruitment activities by engaging with student groups and educational institutions Assist in organizing community events that highlight our initiatives and encourage active participation Monitor program outcomes and prepare reports to evaluate community outreach effectiveness Experience Proven experience in volunteer management or community outreach roles with a focus on social work or social services Demonstrated leadership skills with supervising experience in team settings Strong public speaking abilities for engaging diverse audiences confidently Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Raiser's Edge for managing contacts and tracking engagement data Experience in social media management to effectively communicate organizational messages online Background in campus recruitment or youth engagement programs preferred Excellent communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships across various stakeholders Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Join us as a Volunteer and Community Liaison if you're energized by connecting people with impactful causes!
