We are currently seeking a full-time Community Liaison Representative to serve as a direct point of contact between our nonprofit partners and the public at scheduled community programs and events. This is a paid, entry-level position with full training provided from day one. No prior experience is required. We are looking for individuals who are personable, professional, and genuinely interested in community-focused work. Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact between nonprofit partner organizations and community members at live events Build and maintain positive relationships with members of the public on behalf of each partner organization Share accurate information about nonprofit programs, services, and current initiatives Address community member questions and concerns in a professional and solution-oriented manner Support the planning and coordination of community events and informational sessions Collaborate with team members to meet daily program objectives Document community interactions and maintain organized records for partner reporting Travel locally to scheduled program locations throughout the Kansas area Skills Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills Comfortable building relationships with diverse community members in a public setting Professional demeanor with a dependable and positive attitude Organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities during live events Team-oriented with the ability to work independently when needed Basic recordkeeping and administrative skills Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply Background or interest in community relations, social services, or public engagement is a plus - not required What We Offer Weekly base pay plus opportunity for performance bonuses based on individual and team results Paid, hands-on training beginning on your first day Consistent full-time schedule Supportive team environment with opportunities for growth over time Employment Details W-2 full-time employment - not an independent contractor position In-person role based in the Overland Park, KS area Local travel to program locations required Not a remote or hybrid position We are looking for individuals who take pride in representing others well and want to contribute to programs that make a genuine difference in the community.
