Job DescriptionOur Marketing and Communications Team is made up of creative professionals who use insight, strategy, and strong project ownership to design and deliver impactful marketing and communication initiatives. If you're energized by showcasing services, crafting brand materials, telling compelling stories, and driving projects from concept to completion, we encourage you to apply.
ResponsibilitiesCreate compelling content across digital channels, including email, social media, multimedia, website and podcastOwn the editorial calendar, ensuring timely, relevant content that supports business goals, values, and brand positioningLead communication projects from concept through delivery, managing timelines, inputs, and approvals independentlyPartner with leaders and teams across the organization to surface stories, translate initiatives, and advance prioritiesAdvise internal stakeholders on communication strategy, campaign planning, and change management approachesDevelop and design marketing and communication assets for print, digital, and multimedia useServe as a brand steward by ensuring all content and assets align with brand standards and voiceCollaborate cross‑functionally to plan and execute integrated campaigns and internal communications initiativesSupport marketing needs tied to events, conferences, presentations, and sponsorshipsUse metrics and data insights to evaluate effectiveness and continuously improve content and campaignsQualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Three or more years prior experience in marketing, communications, project management, design, or related role.
Strong communication skills; highly collaborative with the ability to build internal and external partnerships.
Strong project management skills with high personal accountability.
Must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and possess a quality customer service attitude.
Desire to join a high-functioning, collaborative, and supportive team culture.
