Full Job Description Communications Specialist Location:
New Orleans, LA Contract:
W2 only, 6 month contract with potential for extension or conversion to full time
Pay:
$31 /hour + optional medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match Overview Responsible for developing and delivering effective internal and external communications that support organizational goals. This role creates content, manages communication channels, and ensures consistent messaging across the organization. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement communication strategies and plans Lead content creation for complex or high-visibility communications Manage communication campaigns and initiatives Analyze performance metrics and optimize communication efforts Support crisis communication and issue management Required Skills 4-7+ years of experience Strong expertise in communications strategy and content Required Education Bachelor's Degree in a related field
