Job Description
Joint internship supporting the Group Political Office and Communications team. The intern will monitor state and federal legislation, assist with event planning and communications activities, and participate in team meetings. Hybrid/onsite in Massachusetts with opportunities to gain exposure to public affairs, corporate communications, and policy monitoring.

Track and summarize Massachusetts state legislation relevant to the group s policy and communications priorities. Remotely Support Federal Government Affairs team on DC Related activities Prepare briefing notes and update trackers for weekly team reviews.Communications Support:
Assist with drafting materials, briefing memos, talking points etc Support internal and external communications campaigns, including event-related outreach and stakeholder communications.Event Planning:
Help plan, coordinate, and execute internal and external events (meetings, briefings, community or stakeholder events). Manage logistics, invitations, agendas, materials, and post-event follow-ups.Meetings and Collaboration:
Attend team meetings, take notes, and track action items. Collaborate with communications, policy, and stakeholder teams on cross-functional tasks.Research and Analytics:
Conduct background research on policy topics, political developments, and MA public affairs.
