Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic outreach plans to connect with community organizations, healthcare providers, and potential clients. Conduct engaging product demos of our home care solutions to educate stakeholders about service benefits and features. Build and maintain strong relationships through account management techniques, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty. Negotiate service agreements and coordinate with external partners to facilitate seamless service delivery. Lead efforts in B2B sales by identifying new opportunities, presenting tailored proposals, and closing agreements effectively. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving concerns, and maintaining ongoing communication. Analyze community needs and market trends to optimize outreach strategies and improve program effectiveness using analysis skills. Experience Proven experience in outside sales or medical/pharmaceutical sales with a focus on community outreach or client relations. Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities to engage diverse audiences confidently. Demonstrated leadership in managing accounts, conducting product demos, and executing sales strategies. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite including Word and PowerPoint for presentations and reporting purposes. Organizational skills necessary for coordinating multiple outreach activities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Experience working within healthcare or home care environments is preferred but not mandatory; a passion for community service is essential. Ability to analyze data related to market trends or client feedback to inform outreach initiatives effectively.
