Job Description Work collaboratively with other NetVUE staff to develop effective visual and written communication strategies that increase awareness of programs and services. Design and produce graphic materials—including posters, signs, brochures, flyers, displays, and web graphics—for both internal and external NetVUE use. Draft, design, and distribute (upon approval) communications to NetVUE member institutions, faculty members, and staff using Click Dimensions and other primarily electronic media. This includes maintaining communication databases and listservs to ensure accurate and timely outreach. Coordinate messaging and communication timelines with NetVUE staff and the Council of Independent Colleges (CIC) communications and marketing team. Manage NetVUE web content on the CIC website, including updating text and visuals, building new pages, and optimizing content for brand consistency, usability, and search visibility, with attention to increasingly AI-inflected searches. Manage NetVUE webinars, including promotion, registration, recording, and post-event communications. Lead social media promotion efforts on LinkedIn by creating content, tracking engagement and outcomes, and interacting with member responses. Liaise with external vendors for the production of NetVUE materials and resources. Assist with video and photography projects, including occasional travel to events, collaboration with videographer, and maintenance of the video resource repository. Contribute to the development and execution of an overall strategy for informing NetVUE member campuses about upcoming opportunities, including managing the timing and coordination of NetVUE communications through the use of the Asana project management system. Utilize design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and WordPress; demonstrate willingness to learn and use additional project management and communications tools including Asana, UX tools, Click Dimensions, and mail-merge systems.
