Job Description
As the Benefits Communications and Engagement Specialist, you create and deploy an engaging and informative communication strategy to boost employee participation in our robust US benefit plans and programs. Your goal of employees and their families receiving optimum value from our benefits offerings substantially contributes to individual and company welfare. You Will Create and deliver internal communications to promote available benefits and wellness initiatives Develop innovative and educational communication pathways for associates and their family members Establish enhanced and streamlined methods for access to benefits information, carriers/vendors, and our Corporate Benefits Team Rigorously measure engagement, utilization, and stakeholder satisfaction Collaborate across the company and with external business partners to continuously improve You Have Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is required A proven history of increasing workforce engagement through creative internal communications strategy. A minimum of 3 years of project management experience Functional knowledge of multiple computer programs, design and project management platforms (i.e., Microsoft Office, Canva, InDesign, ClickUp).
