Marketing Communications Manager
Location:
St Paul, MN 55102 (Hybrid, expectation is 3 days in office)
Duration:
6 Months (Possibility of extension depending upon business requirements and performance)
Shift:
8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Job Responsibilities:
The Marketing Communications Manager is responsible for executing marketing communications in support of global hospitality brands and contract management groups, with a strong focus on developing sales support materials, advertising assets, and tradeshow execution. This role partners closely with marketing and sales teams to translate brand strategy and value propositions into high quality, customer focused materials that support commercial objectives. The position plays a key role in supporting global tradeshows and industry events, coordinating both marketing assets and foundational tradeshow logistics such as registration, vendor management, and exhibitor requirements. Success in this role requires strong executional skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and external agencies to ensure consistent, on brand communications across markets and customer touchpoints.
Marketing Communications Content Management and Execution:
Execute marketing communications initiatives that support global hospitality brands and contract management groups, with a primary focus on driving sales effectiveness and brand consistency Create and manage sales support materials including brochures, one pagers, sell sheets, advertisements, , case studies, and digital assets Develop and coordinate advertising assets across digital, print, and event related channels in partnership with internal teams and external agencies Translate brand positioning and value propositions into compelling, customer focused messaging tailored to hospitality and contract management group audiences Ensure all materials align with global brand standards, messaging frameworks, and legal/regulatory requirements Manage content workflows, reviews, and approvals to ensure timely, high quality delivery of assets that support sales and marketing objectives
Tradeshow & Event Marketing Support:
Support global hospitality and contract management group tradeshows and industry events through execution of marketing and logistical activities Coordinate basic tradeshow logistics, including registration, marketing assets vendor management, exhibitor portals, and event timelines Manage development and production of tradeshow collateral, booth graphics, signage, and sales materials Coordinate giveaways and promotional items, including selection, ordering, inventory, and distribution Partner with sales, marketing, and vendors to ensure events are executed smoothly and represent the brand effectively Manage event and promotional budgets by tracking spend against plan, forecasting needs, and ensuring purchases align with approved budget and procurement policies Support post event follow up and asset organization to maximize reuse and sales enablement
Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Marketing Communications, Communications, or a related field 5+ years of experience in marketing communications, content development, or sales enablement roles Demonstrated experience and success creating sales support materials such as brochures, sell sheets, advertisements, case studies, and digital assets; Experience coordinating advertising assets across digital, print, or event related channels Hands on experience supporting tradeshows or industry events, including marketing assets and basic logistics such as registration, vendor management, , and exhibitor coordination Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders simultaneously; Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail Proven ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, sales, and external agencies in a matrixed environment
Preferred Skills:
Experience supporting or working with global hospitality brands, contract management groups, or hospitality focused customers Familiarity with global brand standards and adapting content for regional or market specific needs Experience working with creative agencies, printers, promotional vendors, and event partners Comfort working in fast paced, execution focused roles that balance quality with speed Experience managing budgets related to marketing materials, events, or promotional items
Education/Experience Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Marketing Communications, Communications, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in marketing communications, content development, or sales enablement roles.
