Job Description

The Sales Enablement & Communication Specialist position provides internal communications, tools, and resources to the Allied Field (120+ sales and service reps) through a weekly e-newsletter and a comprehensive intranet site. They work closely with subject matter experts to provide clear and easily accessible information about products, providers, the marketplace, the industry, technology, and best practices. Research, tracking, and management discussions provide input for this person to make recommendation for enhancement and improvements to future Field communications.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Internal Communications & Newsletter Strategy Develop, design, and distribute weekly internal newsletters and time-sensitive communications to the sales & service reps. Write, edit, and proofread communication content to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand and communication standards. Create and edit engaging multimedia content, including success stories and training videos. Partner with stakeholders to facilitate quarterly communication planning sessions and maintain an editorial content calendar. Coordinate communication priorities across teams to ensure timely and effective messaging. Manage communication platform vendors and provide ongoing platform administration and user support. Sales Enablement Platform Management Maintain and enhance the design, organization, and content of the sales enablement platform. Review, edit, publish, and archive content to ensure information remains accurate, relevant, and accessible. Manage content update requests, intake workflows, and communication support processes. Partner with business stakeholders to support ongoing content governance and information maintenance. Develop and distribute a monthly content contributor communication that shares platform engagement metrics, content performance insights, system updates, best practices, and key successes to support ongoing contributor engagement and content quality. Consult with internal partners and vendors on communication strategy, content effectiveness, and best practices for digital engagement. Communications Analytics & Optimization Monitor and analyze communication engagement metrics, platform usage, and audience feedback. Prepare and share communication performance insights, reports, and recommendations with leadership and stakeholders. Identify opportunities to improve communication effectiveness, audience engagement, and user experience. Plan, administer, and analyze recurring surveys. Support communication planning and decision-making through data-driven insights and industry best practices. Training & Enablement Support Support sales & service representatives through training, communication, and technology enablement initiatives. Develop training materials, user guides, quick-reference resources, and supporting documentation. Collaborate with sales & service leadership to create communication content and learning materials for meetings, events, and development programs. Support cross-functional initiatives that impact the sales & service organization. Stay current on communication, enablement, and training best practices through ongoing professional development. Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications & KSA):
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, Business, Organizational Communication, or a related field required. Equivalent experience may be substituted in leu of a Bachelor's degree. 2+ years of experience in internal communications, sales enablement, employee communications, training support, marketing communications, or related fields Experience developing and managing digital communications, newsletters, or content platforms Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and subject matter experts Experience managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience supporting sales, field, or client-facing teams Experience with communication, intranet, or sales enablement platforms (e.g., Seismic, Poppulo, SharePoint) Experience creating training materials or supporting learning and development initiatives Experience using communication analytics or engagement reporting to improve messaging effectiveness Experience in financial services, insurance, or other regulated industries preferred
Qualifications:
Exceptional written, editing, and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to translate complex information into clear, concise, and engaging communications Strong project management and prioritization skills Ability to build collaborative relationships across teams and levels of the organization Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneNote, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools preferred Comfortable analyzing engagement metrics and using data to improve communication effectiveness Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently while managing multiple deadlines The salary range reflected is a good faith estimate of the anticipated salary for the position and may vary based on factors described below. Compensation at Allied Solutions is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, market data, job posting location, relevant experience, level, skills, and internal equity considerations. The projected base salary range for this position is $60,060 to $72,150 (annualized USD). This position is also eligible for an annual bonus based on company performance results.
