As a senior communications specialist, you will be responsible for developing compelling messages, coordinating communication programs and maintaining brand consistency across all communication channels. You will work closely with subject matter experts to plan and develop content that supports HNTB's business goals. You will write, edit, produce and publish content for various audiences. This role requires a strategic thinker who can align programs with strategy and creatively implement.
What You'll Do:
Strategy Development:
Partners with team members to develop and implement communications plans that align with the firm's goals and targeted business development efforts.Content Creation:
Develops engaging and informative content that is consistent with brand messaging for a variety of channels including internal, social and web.Creative Strategy:
Collaborates with creative team to create visually compelling content.Event Management:
Supports the coordination and logistics of various events, conferences, meetings, open houses, forums and other events.Team Leadership:
Organizes team meetings to ensure alignment within the communications team. Performs other duties as assigned.What You'll Need:
Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism or related fields and 5 years of corporate communications or agency experience In lieu of degree, 9 years of relevant experienceWhat You'll Bring:
