Job Description

Overview We are seeking a creative and experienced Internal Communications Coordinator to craft compelling content that engages employees across our internal communications channels. This role is ideal for a sharp, detail-oriented storyteller who thrives on producing high-quality written materials that drive engagement and deliver key messages effectively. Key Responsibilities Write, edit, and distribute internal communications, including announcements, newsletters, and storytelling content Ensure all internal messaging is clear, engaging, and aligned with company tone and objectives Collaborate with internal teams to develop content ideas and strategies that drive employee engagement Manage and maintain content on internal communication platforms Support campaigns to enhance the visibility and impact of internal communications Qualifications Proven experience in content writing, editing, or internal communications Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt messaging for different internal audiences Comfortable working independently in a remote or hybrid environment Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Preferred Skills Experience with internal communications platforms or intranet tools Basic understanding of digital content management and formatting Strong collaboration and communication skills
Pay:
$28.00 - $31.00 per hour
