The communications function has recently been unified under a single leadership structure, creating a highly collaborative environment with strong visibility across the organization. The Internal Communications team is a small, highly effective group within this broader function. Job Description Supporting internal communications strategies aligned with business priorities Partnering with teams and senior stakeholders to draft business updates and messaging Producing and editing high-quality content including announcements, intranet content, newsletters, and event communications Translating complex or technical information into clear, accessible messaging Contributing to internal channels such as the company intranet and monthly newsletter Supporting communications for internal events, including high-profile speaker series Assisting with executive-level communications and strategic initiatives Contributing to projects such as crisis communications planning MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant You will have: 2-5 years' experience in communications, journalism, agency, or related fields Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Strong ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences Excellent organisational and project management capabilities High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities A collaborative, low-ego approach and strong interpersonal skills A proactive, "roll up your sleeves" attitude and intellectual curiosity Preferred experience: Exposure to financial services, technology, or agency environments Experience supporting senior stakeholders or executive communications A writing sample will be required as part of the application process.
