This role will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of creator campaigns, affiliate marketing programs, creator community management, and large-scale influencer activations. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing influencer and creator relationships, executing performance-driven campaigns, and navigating the TikTok Shop ecosystem. This individual will work cross-functionally with PR, Social Media, Marketing, Creative, Paid Media, Digital, and platform partners to drive creator engagement, content performance, and business results. This role requires exceptional project management skills, strong creator relationship-building abilities, and the capacity to manage high volumes of creators, content, communications, and reporting in a fast-paced environment. Key ResponsibilitiesTikTok Shop Creator Campaign Management Support the day-to-day management and growth of TikTok Shop creator affiliate campaigns. Manage campaign calendars and ensure alignment across PR, Social, Marketing, Creative, Digital, and Paid Media teams. Develop and execute creator campaign briefs within TikTok Shop. Source, evaluate, and cast creators for affiliate campaigns, vetting 300-400+ creators per campaign and onboarding approximately 200+ creators. Manage 12+ concurrent creator campaigns across multiple brands and product categories. Invite creators, oversee participation, and support creator onboarding throughout campaign lifecycles. Coordinate creator product sampling programs and partner with fulfillment teams to ensure timely delivery and approvals. Manage and track creator sample budgets exceeding $200K annually. Monitor creator content production, including reviewing and organizing 200-300+ content assets per campaign. Troubleshoot creator communications and provide ongoing support to large creator groups throughout campaign execution. Partner with TikTok Shop representatives to identify optimization opportunities and improve campaign performance. Stay current on TikTok Shop platform updates, creator trends, affiliate opportunities, and emerging best practices. TikTok Live Shopping Strategy Support TikTok Live Shopping initiatives and overall live commerce strategy. Coordinate live shopping calendars and execution plans. Source, evaluate, and manage creators for live shopping events. Assist with creator contracting, briefing, scheduling, and execution. Collaborate with Social, Creative, and Marketing teams on both creator-led and brand-led live shopping experiences. Develop product strategies, content plans, and promotional support for live shopping events. Creator Program Management Support the ongoing growth and management of the brand's creator ambassador program. Review and approve creator applications while maintaining quality and brand alignment standards. Manage creator onboarding, engagement, communications, and retention efforts. Support campaign scheduling, product seeding, budget tracking, and operational workflows. Identify high-performing creator content and distribute opportunities for broader marketing amplification. Assist with creator-focused events, focus groups, store activations, brand experiences, and community engagement initiatives. Contribute to weekly program reporting and performance recaps. Large-Scale Influencer Campaign Execution Support large-scale influencer marketing campaigns involving 700-1,000+ creators. Manage creator onboarding, communications, deliverables, timelines, and issue resolution at scale. Review creator submissions to ensure compliance with campaign requirements, brand guidelines, platform regulations, and content standards. Monitor campaign progress and ensure content is delivered accurately and on schedule. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure messaging consistency and campaign effectiveness. Content Performance, Reporting & Optimization Create weekly and campaign-level performance reports. Analyze creator, product, and content performance against established KPIs. Track affiliate performance metrics, engagement, conversions, creator productivity, and campaign outcomes. Identify top-performing creators, content formats, products, and emerging trends. Provide actionable recommendations for campaign optimization and future creator strategies. Share insights and reporting with key internal stakeholders and leadership teams. SEO & Discoverability Support Assist with optimizing influencer content for search visibility and geographic relevance. Monitor keyword implementation, content tagging, local market relevance, and indexed content performance. Support reporting related to search visibility, discoverability, and creator-driven traffic performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align influencer content with broader search and marketing objectives. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with PR, Social Media, Marketing, Creative, Digital, Paid Media, E-commerce, and external platform partners. Lead or coordinate recurring cross-functional meetings and campaign status updates. Share creator content opportunities for amplification across owned and paid channels. Maintain strong internal communication and project transparency across teams. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Media, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 2-5+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Partnerships, Social Media, Public Relations, or Digital Marketing. Hands-on experience managing influencer or creator campaigns from outreach through activation and reporting. Experience sourcing, vetting, onboarding, and managing creator relationships. Strong understanding of influencer performance metrics and campaign measurement. Experience working with influencer marketing platforms, creator databases, and reporting tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities with exceptional attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Direct experience with TikTok Shop, affiliate creator programs, or social commerce initiatives. Experience working with creator storefronts, affiliate marketing, and performance-driven creator campaigns. Familiarity with influencer contracts, campaign deliverables, and creator negotiations. Experience supporting live shopping, livestream commerce, or social commerce programs. Knowledge of content amplification strategies across paid and organic channels. Experience managing large-scale creator campaigns involving hundreds of creators simultaneously. #PSI2
