Job Description

Client Communication Specialist Painted Post, NY (In-Office) At H&H Financial Group, we help clients turn their visions into freedom—and the Client Communication Specialist plays a key role in making that happen. This position sits at the center of our client experience, supporting both clients and advisors through proactive communication, organization, and follow-through. If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and being part of a high-performing team, this role offers a strong foundation within the financial services industry. What You'll Do Serve as a primary point of contact for client communication, including scheduling meetings and responding to service needs Conduct outbound calls to clients to coordinate reviews and maintain ongoing engagement Manage and monitor advisor email inboxes, ensuring timely responses and follow-up Process advisor requests and track next steps to keep workflows moving efficiently Maintain accurate client records and document all activity within our CRM system Handle inbound client inquiries and direct them appropriately Support in-office client meetings, including greeting clients and coordinating logistics What We're Looking For Strong communication skills—both written and verbal High level of organization and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to take initiative Professional, friendly, and client-focused demeanor Preferred (but not required): Background in finance, business, or a related field Experience in client service, administrative support, or financial services Why This Role Matters This role is essential to delivering a seamless client experience.
