Job Description

Job Description Flexjet is a leading provider of fractional jet ownership and offers a unique opportunity for a Flight Communication Specialist. This role is based in Cleveland, OH, and is integral to our operations and owner support. The Flight Communication Specialist will be responsible for ensuring effective communication between flight crews and operational teams, managing flight schedules, and providing real-time updates to enhance operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage communication between flight crews and operational teams. Monitor flight schedules and provide real-time updates to relevant stakeholders. Assist in the planning and execution of flight operations. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies. Provide support to flight crews during pre-flight and in-flight operations. Maintain accurate records of flight communications and operational data. Collaborate with various departments to enhance operational efficiency. Participate in training and development programs as required.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Experience in aviation operations or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. Knowledge of aviation regulations and procedures is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
