I run a growing contracting business in the Austin area and I'm looking for a reliable, people-first Client Communication Coordinator to be my voice with clients and crews. This is a communication and coordination role — not data entry. If you love talking to people, staying organized, and keeping everyone in the loop, keep reading. What you'll do: Call and text clients with project updates and follow-ups — warmly and professionally Keep every client in the loop so I don't have to chase it Follow up on estimates and payments Collect updates and photos from crews and relay schedules between crews and clients Organize job photos and upload them into our CRM (AccuLynx) Create appointments, update job statuses, and send invoices You're a great fit if you: Genuinely enjoy talking to people and keeping them updated Are reliable, organized, and follow through without being reminded Communicate clearly in English (Spanish is a big plus) Are comfortable learning a CRM (AccuLynx experience is a bonus, not required)
Details:
Remote, part-time to start (~10-15 hrs/week), 1099 contract Occasional in-person meetings at my coworking office in Austin Room to grow as the business grows How to apply — read carefully: Do not apply through Indeed's Apply button.
