Supports in determining the best content for communicating effectively and engaging targeted external client audiences. Core Responsibilities Develops cohesive plans for communicating initiatives and events that are aligned to business outcomes. Partners with business area to ensure needs are addressed, various solutions are identified, and delivery of expectations is within scope and capacity. Creates content that is clear, engaging, and concise. Identifies trends for future application. Recommends creative solutions to ensure successful client external communication as needed. Applies Vanguard's style, usage, and brand standards to ensure consistency. Identifies areas for improvement to enhance the effectiveness of communications and its ability to execute on business objectives. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Minimum three years related work experience. Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.

Additional information:

This is a hybrid position based in Malvern, PA, with remote work on Mondays and Fridays and in-office collaboration Tuesday through Thursday.
