Segra is looking for a Marketing Specialist, Communications to lead and coordinate companywide communications across internal teams and external audiences. This role serves as the central owner of messaging, working closely with sales, product, marketing, and customer teams to ensure communications are clear, consistent, on brand, and effective. From intake through execution, you'll help shape how Segra communicates with customers, prospects, and employees—supporting sales efforts, campaigns, newsletters, and broader brand initiatives.Responsibilities:
Develop and execute communication strategies that improve brand visibility and customer engagement Write and manage compelling content across multiple channels (email, campaigns, announcements, etc.) Ensure brand voice and messaging remain consistent across all communications Partner with marketing and product teams to align messaging with business objectives Monitor market trends and customer feedback to refine communication strategies Support customer engagement and loyalty initiatives Assist with crisis communications planning and execution Measure and optimize communication performance Distribute timely marketing and training communications to support sales teams Align messaging with sales leadership to support revenue goals Collaborate with training teams to support enablement initiatives Create feedback loops with sales teams to improve content effectiveness Keep internal teams informed through consistent, clear communication Track how communications impact sales performance Collaborate across departments to develop integrated communication strategies Support marketing campaign launches and cross functional execution Conduct basic market research to identify messaging opportunities Improve communication workflows and intake processes for efficiency Track communication performance and engagement metrics Share insights and results with key stakeholders Use analytics tools to support reporting and decision makingQualifications:
Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, marketing, or a related field 3+ years of professional experience in communications or marketing Strong writing, editing, and interpersonal communication skills Excellent organization and project management abilities Experience producing concise, engaging content Comfort working in a fast paced, changing environment Ability to manage multiple short and long term projects independentlyPreferred Experience:
Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Axios) Experience with list procurement tools (ZoomInfo, ConnectBase, CoStar) Basic understanding of creative production and media deliverables Experience with reporting and data analysisAbout Segra:
