With a deep understanding of the full AT&T suite, from unparalleled 5G wireless to robust fiber internet and integrated digital solutions, the Telecommunications Sales Specialist carefully designs packages that support how they work, stream, and connect, ensuring every solution is built on a foundation of trust and value. Core Functions of the Telecommunications Sales Specialist Engage customers directly to understand their connectivity needs and recommend AT&T wireless, fiber, and bundled services that fit their lifestyle or business goals. Conduct product demonstrations and service walkthroughs to highlight features, pricing, and eligibility in a clear, customer-friendly way. Process service orders and account updates using CRM platforms, coordinating activations, upgrades, and billing adjustments with precision. Troubleshoot service issues and escalate complex cases to technical support teams, ensuring fast resolution and customer satisfaction. Track customer interactions and service milestones to support retention, compliance, and follow-up campaigns. Stay current on AT&T's evolving product suite through ongoing training and performance reviews to sharpen your expertise and sales strategy. Education & Experience Needed for the Telecommunications Sales Specialist Experience in telecom sales, account coordination, or technical support, especially in fast-paced, subscription-based environments Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools to manage service records, track customer activity, and support operational workflows. Strong communication skills with the ability to listen actively, explain clearly, and build trust with diverse customers. Preferred Skills for the Telecommunications Sales Specialist Adapts quickly to evolving products, customer needs, and service protocols.
