Job Description

Communications and Events Coordinator Enthusiastically supports and champions the school's mission within the community through intentional events and communications Coordinates external communication for the school Drafts and edits communications with school leadership Ensures regular, timely, and meaningful communication with parents Serves as the staff liaison for the Parent Service Organization Coordinates with professional photographers to build a library of photos Writes content for school-specific marketing collateral Maintains accurate database records Assists with other Valor events Supports school leadership and Headmaster as needed Collaborates with school leadership in the development of special events Cultivates strong relationships with local vendors Handles the planning, production, execution, and follow-up for all assigned events. Strong problem-solving mindset, manages time effectively High attention to detail Self-starter in driving a task from the idea to the results Positive, professional written and spoken communication skills This position is part-time.
