Healthcare Representative Position Summary TCP Health is seeking a highly motivated Healthcare Liaison to drive strategic growth initiatives across South Texas. This position is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with skilled nursing facilities (SNFs), assisted living communities, independent living communities, and community partners. The ideal candidate is a relationship-builder with healthcare industry experience who can identify growth opportunities, increase provider engagement, support referral development, and expand TCP Health's presence throughout the market. This role serves as a key liaison between TCP Health physicians, advanced practice providers, healthcare facilities, and referral sources. Key Responsibilities Business Development & Relationship Management Develop and maintain strategic relationships with SNFs, assisted living facilities, home health agencies, hospice organizations, physician groups. Conduct routine facility visits to strengthen partnerships and identify opportunities for service expansion. Promote TCP Health's physician-led care model and clinical service offerings. Serve as the primary point of contact for referral sources and facility leadership. Market Growth & Expansion Identify new business opportunities within target markets. Assist with expansion initiatives including post-acute, specialty, and ACO programs. Support growth of service lines including: Post-Acute Care Behavioral Health Cardiology Neurology Palliative Care Develop market intelligence regarding competitors, referral patterns, and emerging healthcare trends. Provider & Facility Engagement Coordinate physician introductions and relationship-building meetings. Support onboarding of new facility partners. Collaborate with operational and clinical leadership to ensure exceptional customer experience. Address concerns and opportunities identified by facility administrators and clinical teams. Marketing & Community Outreach Represent TCP Health at networking events, conferences, healthcare associations, and community functions. Assist in the development of marketing materials, presentations, and promotional campaigns. Conduct educational presentations regarding TCP Health services and value-based care initiatives. Support branding and visibility efforts across the healthcare community. Account Management Maintain regular communication with existing accounts. Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve service delivery. Track referral activity and growth metrics. Prepare reports detailing outreach activities, market opportunities, and business development results. Strategic Initiatives Support Accountable Care Organization (ACO) initiatives and value-based care programs. Collaborate with leadership on strategic partnerships and growth projects. Participate in special projects related to physician recruitment, facility acquisitions, and market development. QualificationsRequired Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. Minimum 3 years of healthcare business development, physician relations, healthcare marketing, or sales experience. Strong understanding of healthcare operations and referral networks. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Preferred Experience working with physician groups, hospitals, SNFs, home health, hospice, or post-acute care organizations. Knowledge of value-based care, ACOs, Medicare Advantage, and managed care environments. Existing relationships within the South Texas healthcare market. Experience with healthcare provider contracting and strategic partnerships.
