Marketing & Visual Communication Specialist

Job Brief Responsible for executing high-quality marketing and visual communications materials that support Dyno Nobel's global brand, commercial initiatives, and joint ventures. What You'll Do As a Marketing and Visual Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for executing high-quality marketing and visual communications materials that support Dyno Nobel's global brand, commercial initiatives, and joint ventures. You will focus on translating complex technical and commercial information into clear, professional, and visually consistent marketing assets.

Other duties include:

Supports global marketing initiatives by producing standardized templates, presentations, digital content, and print materials that can be deployed efficiently across regions. Apply typography, layout systems, iconography, and visual hierarchy to improve clarity. Build and maintain branded PowerPoint, InDesign, and digital templates Create and update standardized templates for sales and marketing teams. Adapt global materials for regional and Join Venture use. Support multilingual formatting (Spanish, French, Portuguese). Determines format and presentation of marketing materials. Independently determines how marketing materials should be structured and presented when requirements are not fully defined. Recommends improvements to marketing standards

What We're Looking For:

Advanced presentation design (PowerPoint). Adobe Creative Suite proficiency (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop). Working knowledge of AI-assisted tools for content creation, visual development, translation, and workflow acceleration. Ability to use AI tools responsibly to improve speed, consistency, and quality of marketing outputs. Comfort evaluating where AI adds value versus where human judgment and brand oversight are required 3+ years of progressive experience in marketing or communications roles. Ability to organize, prioritize and be flexible on several projects simultaneously. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills. Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a team player
