Hospice Community Liaison

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Community Liaison to join our team. This role is essential in building and maintaining relationships within the community, promoting our services, and driving business development efforts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales and marketing, with the ability to effectively communicate and engage with diverse audiences. As a Community Liaison, you will be responsible for representing our organization, fostering partnerships, and enhancing our presence in the community. Duties Develop and implement strategies for community outreach and engagement. Conduct outside sales activities to promote services and expand market presence. Manage relationships with existing accounts while identifying opportunities for business development. Utilize CRM software to track interactions, manage leads, and analyze customer data. Perform lead generation through cold calling and networking within the community. Organize product demos and presentations to showcase offerings to potential clients. Collaborate with marketing teams to create promotional materials that resonate with target audiences. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure new business opportunities. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Analyze market trends to identify potential areas for growth and improvement. Skills Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or direct sales environments. Strong management skills with a focus on sales management and territory management. Proficiency in technology sales with experience using Salesforce or similar CRM software. Excellent negotiation skills with a knack for upselling products or services. Ability to perform thorough analysis of customer needs and market conditions. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on customer service. Experience in retail sales or inside sales is highly desirable. Familiarity with lead generation techniques and strategies for effective territory sales.
