The Foundation owns and operates landmark assets including the 225-year old Grafton Inn and 500+ acre Grafton Trails & Outdoor Center. It also runs a grants program and a conferences program. The Opportunity The Foundation is launching its first formal fundraising program as part of a new Strategic Plan. We are looking for a Development & Communications Coordinator to help build it. We'll also look to you to create the materials (print and electronic) that bring our fundraising to life. Experience creating development-related communications products. Strong writing skills and an eye for clear, mission-aligned messaging. Comfort with donor database systems and a willingness to learn new tools Excellent organizational and follow-through skills. A collaborative, service-oriented approach. This role is primarily focused on coordination, systems, and communications rather than direct donor solicitation. Experience in a small-shop development environment is a real plus.
