Job Description
Iron Beauty | Wasilla, Alaska Iron Beauty is seeking a creative, organized, motivated Social Media & Content Coordinator to help grow our luxury-medical wellness and aesthetic brand throughout Alaska. This position is responsible for creating, filming, editing, organizing, and managing social media content across multiple platforms while helping maintain the Iron Beauty brand identity, patient experience, and educational mission. We are looking for someone who understands how to create content that is: educational engaging visually appealing professional authentic conversion focused This is not simply a posting position. We are looking for someone who can help build trust, strengthen community connection, increase brand awareness, and support business growth through strategic content creation. ResponsibilitiesContent Creation Film and edit short-form video content including Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, TikTok videos, and educational clips Capture treatment footage, before/after content, provider education, team culture, wellness content, and clinic lifestyle content Create graphics, captions, story sequences, and promotional materials consistent with Iron Beauty branding Organize and maintain photo/video content folders Social Media Management Schedule and publish content across social media platforms Maintain daily social media stories and audience engagement Respond to comments, messages, and social interactions professionally Monitor trends, analytics, engagement, and content performance Assist with campaign planning, promotions, launches, and seasonal marketing Brand & Marketing Support Help support local brand awareness throughout Alaska Assist with educational marketing initiatives Collaborate with providers and staff to create authentic content Support clinic events, launches, expos, and community outreach efforts Maintain luxury-medical brand standards across all content Qualifications Preferred qualifications include: Experience with social media management and content creation Experience filming and editing short-form video content Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar platforms Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage deadlines Professional appearance and communication Interest in aesthetics, wellness, skincare, beauty, or healthcare preferred Preferred Skills Photography and videography experience Understanding of branding and visual storytelling Basic marketing knowledge Ability to create educational and engaging captions Understanding of HIPAA and patient privacy standards preferred Schedule Part-time position Approximately 15-20 hours per week Flexible scheduling available depending on clinic needs and content schedule Compensation $18-25 Hourly base pay depending on experience Monthly performance bonuses Growth opportunities within the company Treatment and product perks may be available Performance Expectations Expected responsibilities include: consistent content creation monthly reel/video goals daily social engagement campaign participation maintaining organized content systems supporting measurable clinic growth through social media efforts To Apply Please submit: Resume (optional but encouraged) 1 sample reel or short-form video 1 example social media story sequence 1 educational caption example Social media handles or portfolio (optional)
