About the Role Tawney, Acosta & Chaparro P.C. d/b/a The Lowrider Lawyers - Truck Accident & Injury Attorneys is seeking an experienced Brand Content Specialist to support the firm's digital presence and overall brand marketing efforts. This role is part of the Marketing Department and reports directly to the Director of Marketing. The ideal candidate is a creative and strategic marketing professional with experience in social media, content creation, digital marketing, and intermediate-level graphic design. In addition to managing and creating social media content, this role will assist with the design and production of marketing materials including digital ads, billboards, event materials, business cards, holiday cards, and other branded assets. We're looking for someone who understands both creative storytelling and brand consistency -- someone who can develop engaging digital content while also supporting broader marketing initiatives across multiple platforms. Key Responsibilities Social Media & Content Creation Manage TAC's social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms. Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content. Develop short-form videos, graphics, photography, and written content aligned with TAC's brand identity. Create content highlighting attorneys, client advocacy, community involvement, and educational topics. Monitor trends, platform updates, and engagement opportunities. Video Production & Photography Capture and edit video content for social media campaigns, digital advertising, and brand storytelling. Photograph attorneys, events, office culture, and community initiatives for marketing use. Edit videos and photos into polished, platform-ready assets. Maintain strong visual quality standards in lighting, composition, and presentation. Graphic Design & Brand Support Create branded graphics and marketing materials using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite. Assist with the design and production of: Digital advertisements Billboards Event signage and materials Business cards External correspondence Social media graphics Presentation materials Ensure consistency across all brand visuals and marketing collateral. Analytics & Performance Track and analyze social media performance metrics including engagement, reach, and audience growth. Provide performance insights and recommendations to the Director of Marketing. Adjust content strategy based on analytics and campaign performance. Qualifications Education Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred. Experience Minimum 4 years of professional experience in social media, digital marketing, content creation, or brand marketing. Experience creating and managing content for a brand, organization, or agency. Strong portfolio demonstrating social media content, design work, and visual storytelling. Portfolio Requirement Applicants must submit a portfolio or work samples that demonstrate: Social media content creation Short-form video editing Photography work Graphic design examples Brand or campaign marketing materials Examples of measurable social media growth or engagement Applications without a portfolio may not be considered. Required Skills Strong understanding of social media strategy and content development. Proficiency in video editing software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar tools. Intermediate graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva. Basic to intermediate photography skills including lighting and composition. Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience producing content for professional services, media, marketing or agency-type organizations. Experience creating content for professional services, lifestyle, or community-focused brands. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
