Content Creator / Social Media Manager (Video Focus)

We are seeking a creative, high-level Content Creator / Social Media Manager to produce cinematic, engaging video content for a unique business that combines: Music production (Expo Compositores - "El hogar del compositor") Medical clinic (Clínica Médica de la Caridad) Creative studio / cultural hub This is NOT a basic posting job — we want someone who can create Netflix-style, high-impact visuals , tell stories, and help build a powerful brand presence. Responsibilities Create daily video content for Instagram and TikTok Film on-site (building, studios, clinic, behind-the-scenes) Edit high-quality videos (Reels, short-form content) Add captions, hooks, transitions, and music Develop viral content ideas and campaigns Manage posting schedule and engagement Capture key moments (events, construction, setup, launches) Content Style We Want Cinematic / "Netflix-style" visuals Qualifications Experience creating content for Instagram & TikTok Strong video editing skills ( CapCut , Adobe Premiere, etc.) Eye for aesthetics, lighting, and angles Understands viral trends and hooks Comfortable filming people and environments Reliable, professional, and creative
