We're passionate about helping customers discover their next signature scent while creating engaging content that showcases the latest fragrance trends and releases. We're looking for an energetic, outgoing, and social media-savvy team member who is comfortable both assisting customers in-store and appearing on camera to create engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, and other digital platforms. Starting at $17.50 per hour Responsibilities Join The Fragrance Center as a Sales Associate & Social Media Content Creator and become part of a rapidly growing fragrance retailer serving customers throughout Southern California. In this role, you'll help drive store sales while bringing The Fragrance Center brand to life through TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms. From assisting customers and recommending fragrances to filming product showcases and viral social media content, you'll play a key role in growing both our in-store and online presence. Customer Experience & Sales Deliver an exceptional customer experience by providing personalized fragrance recommendations Educate customers on fragrance notes, performance, and scent profiles Build strong product knowledge across designer, niche, and Middle Eastern fragrance brands Drive sales through product demonstrations, sampling, and customer engagement Operate POS systems accurately while processing transactions professionally Assist customers with fragrance discovery and gift selections Social Media & Content Creation Create engaging TikTok, Instagram Reels, Stories, and other short-form video content Appear on camera to showcase new arrivals, best sellers, restocks, and fragrance comparisons Participate in trend-based videos, customer interactions, skits, and educational fragrance content Assist with photography and video production for social media and marketing campaigns Stay current on fragrance trends, viral products, and social media trends Help grow brand awareness and customer engagement through creative content Store Operations Maintain store presentation standards through merchandising, restocking, and organization Support inventory management, shipment processing, and stock replenishment Assist with promotional events, product launches, and special sales campaigns Collaborate with management and team members to achieve store goals Maintain a positive, energetic, and team-oriented atmosphere Follow all company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures Ideal Candidate Loves fragrances and enjoys talking about scents Comfortable speaking to customers and being on camera Self-motivated, creative, and outgoing Enjoys creating content and staying on top of social media trends Interested in sales, marketing, retail, or entrepreneurship Looking to grow with a rapidly expanding company
