is an Employer of Record providing workforce support services to partnered brands operating in regulated and consumer product industries. We are hiring a performance-driven Social Manager & Content Creator to personally create and manage content for TikTok and Instagram with the goal of driving organic growth and revenue. This is not a role for someone who manages posting schedules or focuses on aesthetics — we need someone who understands how to create content that people actually watch, engage with, and buy from. The ideal candidate brings a deep understanding of short-form video, customer psychology, and what it takes to convert attention into action. Core Responsibilities 1. Content Creation Film, edit, write, and/or produce short-form video content for TikTok and Instagram Develop content ideas rooted in product positioning, customer psychology, trends, and performance data Create content designed to generate reach, engagement, and purchase intent — not just views 2. Performance Strategy Identify which organic posts are actually driving revenue, not just impressions Test different hooks, angles, formats, and creative concepts systematically Analyze content performance and apply learnings to improve future content Build a repeatable system for creating organic content that consistently wins 3. Collaboration & Production Work with internal team members, creators, and influencers when needed to produce content Contribute creative direction even when others are executing production 4. Reporting & Optimization Track and report on content performance metrics tied to business outcomes Communicate clearly what worked, what didn't, and what should be tested next Qualifications Required Proven experience creating short-form content for TikTok and Instagram Demonstrated ability to create content that has driven sales, app installs, leads, or other measurable business outcomes Strong understanding of what makes content perform organically and convert Ability to personally create content — not just manage other creators Ability to think strategically about angles, messaging, customer desires, objections, and buying intent Comfortable moving fast, testing often, and making decisions based on performance data Strongly Preferred Experience connecting content performance directly to revenue or conversion results Good taste for content that feels native to TikTok/Instagram — not overly polished or ad-like Experience explaining why content worked or didn't and what should be tested next What Success Looks Like Organic reach, engagement quality, content retention, saves, shares, and comments are consistently growing Website traffic and product interest attributable to organic content is measurable and increasing Purchases and revenue attributed to organic content are tracked and improving over time A repeatable system for generating organic content winners has been built and documented The biggest win: content that doesn't just go viral — but gets attention and makes people want to buy Application Requirements Candidates must submit the following with their application: 3-5 examples of short-form content they personally created Performance metrics for each submitted example Any available sales, lead, traffic, or conversion results associated with that content A short written explanation of why the content worked At least one example of content they created that drove actual business results Test Task Qualified candidates will be asked to complete the following test task prior to a final interview: Pick one of our products and create 2 TikTok/Reels-style videos. This task is designed to quickly reveal whether a candidate truly understands organic content that converts — or only understands surface-level social media. No lengthy brief will be provided; we want to see how you approach a product cold, what angles you choose, and what you create.
Compensation & Benefits Base Salary Range:
$70,000 - $90,000 Placement within the range is based on experience, demonstrated success, and ability to perform essential job functions.
