Job Description

Content Strategist III
12+ Months - Contract
Hybrid (Tues, Wed, Thurs in office/week) Summary
We are seeking a highly creative and strategic social media content strategist to join our team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind how client's Podcasts shows up on social, connecting fans with the podcasts and creators they love.
Key Qualifications
5+ years of experience in social media strategy, content creation, or digital marketing, preferably within the entertainment or media industries.
Strong understanding of the podcasts medium, including leading and emerging talent, industry trends, networks, and audience behaviors.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns that drive engagement and cultural conversation.
Exceptional communication skills and a keen eye for compelling visual and written storytelling for both internal and external audiences.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and think on your feet.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day social programming strategy to drive timely, culturally relevant storytelling.
Stay on top of platform and cultural trends to inform development of innovative formats and creative concepts.
Partner with cross-functional collaborators, including production, editorial, and partnerships teams to drive campaigns and evolve content.
Manage internal and external content tracking and approvals.
Communicate with external partners on content development and production.
Analyze social performance metrics to continually refine and optimize our content strategy.
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
