5 days a week. Flexible hours between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM.

On-site Job Responsibilities:
Creative Content Development Use your creativity to ideate and develop new, highly engaging content in collaboration with the marketing and e-commerce teams for TikTok video content. Video Production Shoot and edit all original video assets to ensure they are optimized for TikTok's format and audience. Marketing Collaboration Work with our marketing team to highlight product features and benefits in engaging, short-form videos that align with brand messaging and drive e-commerce sales. Trend Monitoring Stay on top of the latest TikTok trends and find brand-appropriate ways to incorporate them into your video content. On-Site Video Management Manage on-site video shoots, including setting up equipment, directing talent, and overseeing lighting and sound.
Job Requirements:
Relevant Experience Must have prior experience in TikTok content creation, preferably with experience in creating and appearing in TikTok brand/product promo videos. •Please provide links or samples of your previous work when applying/responding to our posting. • Content Creation and Editing Skills Create visually compelling content that aligns with e-commerce trends while understanding TikTok's algorithms and engagement best practices. Proficiency with video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) Teamwork and Multitasking Skills Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced team environment. Language skills English (required). Spanish (good to have).
